Tagbanua) Discoverer: Oustalet, 1885 Category: ENDANGERED Status: Endemic Habitat/Distribution: Restricted to Balabac, Busuanga, Calauit and Palawan Habitat / Behavior: Males - 28", females - 24"; Noisy, in forest and edge, traveling in small groups staying mostly within the canopy.
Voice: Trumpeting parrot-like calls in 1, 2 or 3 notes kuk kuk kak or
kuk kak ka. Several birds may call in unison producing a brief echo
