Category: ENDANGERED Status: ENDEMIC and Rare Habitat/Distribution: Range is only on Mindoro Island Habitat / Behavior: A medium-sized Plilataus with a shagreened skin and prominent tubercles on the back at shoulder level and on the eyelids. Fingers without distinct web. Toes webbed. Microhabitat is low vegetation in primary forest. Eggs are large and unpigmented and are deposited in aerial ferns; clutch size 12-15. Altitudinal range is from 30 - 1,450m in dipterocarp and montane forests. Threats: Habitat loss and degradation are possible influences on the limited range of this species. Interesting Information: SVL 19-28 mm; primary forest; oviparous; arboreal; nocturnal Conservation Efforts/Measures: Not known.
