Luzon Giant Bushy-tailed Cloud Rat Crateromys schadenbergi Meyer, 1895

Common Names: Puot. The local names given to them are yut-yut (Crateromys) and bu-ut (Phloemys).
Category: VULNERABLE
Habitat/Distribution: Known only from Benguet, Ifugao and Mountain Provinces, Luzon ⁽¹⁹⁹⁶⁾. Also can be seen in the Biak-na-Bato National Park in San Miguel, Bulacan ^(2002).
Habitat / Behavior: Feeds on tender young leaves in the forest canopy; slow moving but an excellent climber.
